Drop Shipping
What is drop shipping?
If you run your own adult business but do not have the facility or finance to hold a large stock inventory, our drop shipping service is for you.
You take your customers orders and process them through 1on1dropship.co.uk for us to fulfil. We warehouse stock on your behalf and deal with the logistics of fulfilling your orders. All accompanying paperwork that leaves our warehouse will display your company name and contact details enabling you to keep a one to one relationship with your customer. There is no indication that Net 1on1 Ltd has despatched their order.
By not investing time and money into stock until you have already made the sale you are freeing up cash flow and man power for other activities in your business.
What will it cost?
You pay our standard wholesale price for goods (as displayed on this site) with a small 10% handling charge, plus postage and packing costs as detailed below.
Postage and Packing Costs:
Recorded delivery = £2.95
Next day service = £5.95
European service* = £10.00
Example:
£10 order plus 10% handling fee (£1.00) + recorded delivery (£2.95) = £13.95 + VAT
£20 order plus 10% handling fee (£2.00) + next day delivery (£5.95) = £27.95 + VAT
£25 order plus 10% handling fee (£2.50) + european delivery (£10.00) = £37.50 + VAT
You will be given a choice of delivery during the checkout process – please ensure you choose the correct shipping method. Delivery charges should be passed onto your customer when you take their order.
Please note that certain items may incur additional charges. If this is the case, you will be contacted prior to any additional charge being made.
How do I place a Drop Ship Order?
Add the items for each order you want fulfilled to the basket (one order at a time). Once you have completed each order click continue to add the delivery address and shipping method. After completing the delivery address and shipping method click continue to save the order in our Batch Payment Processor for later payment. Once an order is saved you can start on your next order and so on until you have processed all of your orders.
Once you have paid for your orders you can print your invoice/s for your own records. Our system will generate a customised despatch note which will go to our warehouse for packing and shipping to your customer.
How do I pay?
When you have entered all of your orders into the system click the Pay Now button at the bottom of the Batch Payment Processor page to settle all orders in one go. Please note that drop shipping orders must be settled by 3:15pm (UK time) for same day despatch.
Overseas customers wishing to pay with a credit card need to provide the following by email attachment, fax, or post:
1) A copy of the photograph/information page of your passport, or other acceptable photo ID
2) A copy of both sides of your credit card
3) A signed letter to authorise Net1on1 Ltd to charge this card for your orders
We realise that this is an inconvenience, but these precautions protect both us and you against card fraud.

What happens if my customer wants to return their order?
You will need to draft your own returns procedures/policy and display it on your web site or at your business premises. If your customer wants to return their order they will contact you. We do not operate a sale or return policy to trade customers, goods returned to you remain your property. If a product is faulty, we will bear the cost of replacement including delivery. How do I open Drop Ship Account?
Simply follow this link and complete our drop ship account application form. You will be able to process your customers orders through 1on1dropship.co.uk as soon as we approve your application (a copy of your company letterhead will be required).
